Tremont High School District 702 will start an FCS program this fall!
It will begin as a small position (still full time) with hopes to grow the program in the future. Student surveys indicate courses in food & nutrition, child development, and other courses are wanted. There is hopes to build a culinary program in the future as well. Champaign Centennial/Central High School(s) will have an open FCS position for the 25/26 school year.
The position will consist of teaching at both high schools in the area. Culinary at Centennial and Culinary and/or Child Development at Central. Programs will continue to expand over the next few years!

They have a strong FCS department with 4 teachers, and are looking to add one more! They are seeking a candidate with strengths in Culinary Arts as well as other FCS courses.

Lake Zurich South Middle School District 95 will have an open FCS position for the 25/26 school year.
They are looking for a culinary and textiles teacher for grades 6-8. The position includes a 6-week rotation for 6th grade and a 9-week rotation for 7th and 8th grades. This is a great opportunity to inspire and educate middle school students in essential life skills through hands-on learning.
